Thanks so much to Lauren, Rick, Clara and Elise for having us over for pumpkin carving and pizza! We had a blast. I sure hope Clara's finger feels better. Poor love got it slammed in the door - broke my heart.

Cypress Academy Halloween Class

Mason wore his Spiderman costume and looked so cute. Kenzie couldn't wear a dress to gymnastics (She's going to be Snow White) so she settled on a leotard and tutu. Clara and Elise had adorable tutus on as well!! M&M LOVE being in class with Clara and Matthew. Logan and Elise keep us moms (me, Rachel, Lauren) on our toes during class.

This was HILARIOUS!!! Logan unzipped his pants and was hiding his money (2 gold coins) in the zipper. TOO FUNNY! Everytime I'd get the camera he'd turn around. He had the biggest grin.

Mommy told Elise "NO" and this is what happened.

Finally...Some BUTTERFLIES!!!!

This is our first butterfly to emerge. He showed up yesterday afternoon while we were cleaning the study. The kids were at the Simmons and did not see it until this morning. They loved it!

Butterfly #2 showed up mid-morning.

Butterfly #3 had just come out of his cocoon when we got home tonight. You can see his wings still curled. Within 5 minutes of us being home, they straightened out. I'm really wanting to see one actually coming out of the cocoon...I have two more chances with this first experience.
